The Great British Beer Festival at the beginning of August brings the world’ biggest pub to London’s Earls Court. Organised by CAMRA, the festival becomes more popular each year with 60,000 people sampling over 500 different real ales, ciders and perries.

The focus is on great quality beer and you will find a mix of British ales plus foreign beers from nations including Germany, Belgium, Italy, USA and the Czech Republic. The Festival provides an unbeatable opportunity to sample a wide range of tasty beers with third pint glasses available as well as pints and halves.

This year there will also be a wide variety of exciting live music, traditional pub snacks and pub games.

Families can also attend as there is a Family Room onsite for under 18s, and a range of corporate packages are available for companies to entertain their employees and clients. Girls’ Guide to Beer tours are running for female drinkers who’d like to find out more about real ale, and there are also tutored tasting sessions running throughout the festival.
